Cooking time

Not long. Really. It's the refridgeration time that makes it take so long..

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine marshmallows, butter and water in a saucepan.
  2. Stir over low heat until butter and marshmallows are melted (OR microwave on medium high for about 2 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in vanilla essence and chocolate
  5. Beat with a wooden spoon until mixture begins to thicken.
  6. Stir in flaviouring (nuts/fruit); mixture should be thick and sticky.
  7. Grease tray and pour mixture into tray (8x26cm tray)
  8. Refrigerate for several hours and once set, cut into cubes.
  9. Enjoy.
