- Wheatsheaf Hotel - 39 George St, Thebarton, South Australia
- Apothecary 1878 - Hindley Street, Adelaide - a fairly healthy list of fine scotches organised on the menu by region.
- Snowtown Hotel, Snowtown, South Australia - They allegedly can sell you a 40-year old ($2k) bottle of Glenfiddich over the counter, amongst other things. They do fax orders and shipping to Adelaide as well.

Wine
There are soooo many places in Adelaide offering a wide selection of wines, I'm not even going to bother!
Hot Beverages - Coffee, Tea, Chocolate
Cafes
- The Chocolate Bean: cafe/bar - Union Street, Adelaide
(previously Citrus Blu)
- Kappy's and Wright: tea merchants and coffee roasters/restaurant/cafe - Flinders Street, Adelaide
- The Elephant Walk: late night coffee/tea house - 76 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide
Kava
- The Kava Hutt - Hindley Street, Adelaide
Note while, personally I think Kava tastes pretty foul, I have tried it on a few occassions. *Even* if you don't want to try Kava, the Kava Hutt is definitely worth a visit... it's quirky and a mixed bunch of people go there. Juices are available for those not into Kava. For those that remember, the venue was once the home of the Interactive Art Gallery.
- Controls on kava: Information Sheet from the Theraputic Goods Administration, Government of Australia
Vodka
- Apothecary 1878 - Hindley Street, Adelaide
