Not sure how I will go today. Christmas things on - ish. But I already have plans to catch up with a friend from Interstate for a swim tomorrow.

Went to AquaAttack only to find the instructor missing. Did work out in the diving pool for 40 minutes. Wanted a spa afterwards but both were chocka full of people so had to miss out.

No news. Many deadlines to meet at work. Started early and worked until after 11pm.

Yay me! Despite watching ALIAS and wanting to stay in bed this morning (big time) - I hauled my butt down to the pool and did laps for approx 40 min. Pool was at 50m. There was this little old asian guy doing very intriguing warm-up exercises pool side that made for an interesting distraction while doing my laps.

Started day as I meant to go on - doing something that involved moving - I walked into work. Am definitely planning on doing some laps tonight... actually all this week to make up for last weeks craziness.
Blerk. Work got out of hand, arrived home to late. I'll force myself up tomorrow.

The same old December excuse. Last week was really crazy.

I will keep a bit of a tally as to how much value I'm getting from my membership. The tally is based on the equivalent I would have spent if paying for each visit individually. In doing this I am using the per visit casual visit fee for either pool area or classes (classes include pool area) by comparing this to the total membership fees spent to date.
A running tally is noted at the bottom of each day as:
[$ equivalent of casual entry fees I would have spent to date / $ total membership purchased up to date].
I will note costs for alternative forms of exercise separately as I'm kind of intrigued to see how much this getting fit and healthier ends up costing me over all. Of course, I could get fit for free but it's easier to motivate myself when I have paid for equipment/membership/whatever.
