Membership fees are subject to change without notice. The fees published on this site are taken from an IAF brochure in 2003 so there's a high change that they have now been increased.
Established in 1991, the IAF is a non-profit membership organisation.
Building on the traditions of its predecessor, the Australian Elizabethan Theatre Trust, its primary purpose is to support the development of the Arts in South Australia, particularly young emerging artists.
(The IAF image that is featured on IAF event information and brochures 'The Muse' is by South Australian Artist, James Aldridge).
The IAF meet their goals by raising funs from their events.
Funds are directed to support arts projects such as the biennial Adelaide Writers' Week and the Adelaide Fringe, the annual Independent Arts Foundation Literature Scholarship for an emerging young writer and the Adelaide Critics' Circle awards.
Throughout the year, the IAF mounts an exciting range of events for its members and their friends.
